On August 13, 1920 African delegates from around the world desended upon liberty hall in Harlem. There UNIA Chairman Marcus Garvey and world delegates drafted and adopted "Declaration of the Rights of the Negro Peoples of the World". DJ Gringo(Stateside Revolution) is no stranger to Roots and Culture.
